Returns

Philex Electronic is committed to adhering to all necessary directives and standards, with a dedicated in-house QC team that rigorously checks each new product for compliance and ongoing quality across shipments. We ensure our team is well-informed through regular product knowledge sessions, enabling swift and knowledgeable responses to technical inquiries.


For returns within the warranty period, please follow these steps:

  • Request a Returns Request Form via sales@philex.com.
  • Fill out the form with all necessary details.
  • Email the completed form back to us.
  • Upon review, we will send you a returns authorization number (RAN).
  • Package the goods securely, including all original accessories.
  • Mark the RAN clearly on the outside of the box and include a copy of the RAN form with the goods.
  • Send to the following address: Returns Department, Philex Electronic Ltd, Philex House, Kingfisher Wharf, London Road, Bedford, UK, MK42 0NX.
  • Returns are at your expense after 28 days from the invoice date. Unauthorized returns may incur a handling fee.
  • Credits issued within 7 working days of receipt.
