Statement of PSTI Compliance
Philex Electronic Limited, located at Philex House, Kingfisher Wharf, London Road, Bedford, MK42 0NX, United Kingdom, hereby declares under our own responsibility that our products fully comply with the applicable security requirements outlined in Schedule 1 of The Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
Schedule 1 specifies security requirements for manufacturers of relevant connectable products. Philex is committed to implementing these requirements, which include the following:
- Each product is secured with a unique password or a password defined by the user. The unique passwords are generated through secure mechanisms designed to minimise the risk of automated attacks.

Users can report any vulnerabilities in our products through the dedicated reporting platform available at
https://www.philex.com/psti/. Reports will be acknowledged, and users will receive updates regarding the resolution process. - Philex provides ongoing security updates for all products during the defined support period. The support period extends up to three years after the official end-of-life (EOL) date of the product. For further information regarding EOL products and support, please refer to the table below.
